At the heart of this home, is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including stove top, large fridge/freezer, cookware, dinnerware and glassware.

Indoors the living room features a sectional couch, with Wifi/Netflix enabled SmartTV.  
The Chefs kitchen with quartz counter top and island, is fully stocked with all pots, pans and cooking utensils. Appliances include a full size gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer and microwave, blender, coffee maker.
2 ceiling fans and an air conditioner in this area.

The house is open plan with lots of light. The main living area is on the ground floor, and includes the kitchen, dining/living room, guest half bathroom, laundry with washing machine, iron, one of the Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and outdoor shower.

The staircase with handrail leads up to the second level which has 3 bedrooms, on the last level you will find a very large roof top with cushion and kitchenette. 

Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and air conditioner, and its own ensuite bathroom.  The downstairs bedroom has an extra outdoor shower in the bathroom.
Each closet has generous area and shelf space.


The 5th bedroom is on the ground level at the entry of the property (separated from the house), Queen size bed full en suite bathroom, kitchenette, small fridge.
